full screen graphics glitch 2013 mbp 13"

Hey I have this weird graphics glitch when I watch full screen youtube which presents itself at neon sort of colors in dark areas of the picture. could you guys take a look at the picture I attached and let me know what you think? glitch goes away when I switch back to normal webpage view. Glitch seems to be youtube only. Does not happen with HBOGO, Amazon, Netflix etc.

I have a 2013 mbp 13" retina

and another thing, it doesn't show when I take a screenshot. so I took a pic with my phone

I'm afraid this is a known issue, but Apple doesn't care.
