It's not full-screen, as iTunes doesn't have that capability. As you can see at 1:45 into the clip, it doesn't extend to the bottom of the screen.
The green button in Mac OS X is not a full-screen button.

I've never tried it. One of the things I've discovered in the transition from Windows to Mac OS X is the increased productivity that comes from not using full-screen on everything.I was never able to get this to work for itunes using either method.
Has anyone suggested holding ALT down whilst clicking the green button?
