Full Width Image Slider

I am trying to make a full width (100% width) image slider like here and here. If there is a slider that already does this such as Nivo, please enlighten me. If there isn't, could someone explain how to make such a slider?

I've done this a few times and I've never found a slider that is already 100% width out of the box, but it's not hard to do yourself. In both cases I've started with an already completed slider (this one is my favorite) and then it's a simple case of changing the containing elements to have a width of 100%.

Thanks for your help. Did you start with a large image, then have it set to 100% width or did you use a script to determine image width size?

I think that also depends on the image, doesn't it?
