Fullscreen flash on dual monitors

I've read this to be a common problem, hoping someone has a solution.

I have a cinema display connected to my MBP and when I view flash fullscreen on the cinema display, it pretty much keeps me from doing anything else on the computer. This is because as soon as the flash player loses focus, it returns to windowed mode.
I would really like to watch fullscreen flash while being able to check email and pull up other websites.

There is a dll edit that works on PC, but any thoughts on fixing the issue on mac?

AFAIK, can't be done on a Mac. I was in the same situation like 2 days ago. You could use a Windows VM and I think it would work. A bit of effort, but the only way I can think of.
