Can anyone tell me if Apple have got rid of the plug icon that appeared in the battery when fully charged? I've not noticed it for a while but my battery reports 100% charged.
 
There is no different indicator as to when the phone is charging or actually just plugged in (and not actively charging). Percentage is essentially the primary indicator to go by.
