Fully maxed out 16 inch MacBook Pro?

Just wondering if anyone else ordered a totally maxed out 16" with 8TB SSD. I am waiting for mine.
I use for video editing. I looked into external ssd drives of the same high speed SSD and it turns out to cost about the same
as what Apple charges. I am guessing the internal SSD will be faster than any external solution?

I did a fully maxed out 14. I am curious to see what the read and write speed is of the 8TB. Have you seen any benchmarks of it?

I wish 8tb was cheap so i can retire my 5.1 and move all the content to just one drive. Ideally it would be nice to have, unless a mac mini surfaces with 8tb, Imagine that.

internal SSD is much faster than external and since you are getting 8TB, it is slightly faster than smaller one. I am using 4TB and so far so good
