Hey all,

I'm one of those types thats likes to fully uninstall an app whenever possible. I wish it didn't bother me so much, but my OCD gets the best of me.

Anyway, since Big Sur, I noticed something slightly different when removing apps. It leaves a few files behind that are locked completely behind a wall. No way to remove them. This location appears to be /private/var/db/, then its behind some sort of hidden/locked folder wall of doom. I can only find this location when using "Find any File" when I go hunting after left over files from removed apps.

Any ideas on this location? Is it temp? Does it purge? Each app I've deleted seems to leave behind around 20mb in files.

Any thoughts?
