Function key (Globe key) as Shortcut

Hello,
How I can assign Function key (Globe key) + some key as Shortcut in MacOS System Settings?

I try to google for solution but no avail.

I see that, by default, MacOS use Globe key for shortcuts in System Settings:

but when I try to set new Globe key + any other key shortcut I hear only system "beep" and no key is assigned.


In ForkLift app, if I try to assign Globe + Arrow left I get this symbol:

but it works!

So how I can use Globe key in shortcuts in MacOS System Settings?

Is it possible that nobody try to use Function (Globe) key in shortcuts?
