Funniest posts on MR

I don't know if this has been done before, but I thought it would be cool to make a compilation of the funniest posts on MacRumors. Post the funniest MR reply you can remember along with its context (otherwise we won't know why it's funny). I'll go first:

Ahh yes - these are often the funniest threads forums can have.

Not sure if it's cool though when it makes fun of someone in particular.

I definitely have my favourites -- people who constantly and consistently amuse me with their humour, charm and occasionally their considered and crushing sarcasm.

But I'm not going to single them out and name them... some of them are relatively infrequent posters, some of them are here all the time.

Taking one of their posts as an example would be a shame as I tend to enjoy their contributions as a whole.

Not at all. I try to be consistent about this.

I never reveal who's on my buddy/ignore lists... I don't like to single people out for particular praise or condemnation for whatever reasons because a) I'm likely to forget certain posters and b) there are always those who get upset if they're left out of lists of members. I'm not overly fond of mutual appreciation societies or cliques either and prefer a little tact unless I'm really riled...

Well the intent of this thread wasn't to pick on the people being made fun of, or even to praise the funniest people on MR, but rather to provide some humor for those who perhaps didn't read a particularly funny thread that was worthy of attention.

Maybe this could work if we made it anonymous? Oh well, I never had much hope for this thread beyond the wasteland anyway
