Funny Icon In System Preferences - Help!

Take a look at the attached picture.

Look under SYSTEM... and between SPEECH and UNIVERSAL ACCESS there is a screwy icon of a power switch. It doesn't look right. Any ideas?

Had that on my machine once, I presume it just a bug. From what I recall I just restarted to fix it.
