Seems he had Problem with Overheating and bought a used water Cooler, but then he fitted 2x 2Ghz aircooled in which works fine.
Now,as i know 2Ghz had no watercooler, but i know also that only 2.5 ghz and 2.7 ghz had liquid Cooler, but you can't replace them with 2 Ghz CPU.Or did he mean he fitted air Cooler from a 2 ghz on his Liquid cooled G5?

just read his saying for yourself.Maybe i interpret it wrong

Your interpretation of "funny" is much different than mine.

Also, how can we possibly answer what he means? We are not him..

Seems straight forward enough to me, he's bought a water cooled g5, the water cooling failed so he put 2 2ghz cpu's in with air cooling so he's selling the water cooling heatsinks as spares or repairs

By the sounds of it, he is selling just the pump. As for replacing the LCS with a couple of heatsinks, yes it can be done. I have detailed info on doing this, an it's located over at iFixit.

Since two heatsinks takes up the same footprint as one LCS plate, you can run the Dual Processor 2.5 GHz G5 on air cooling. If i could get my hands on a pair of 2.7's i would try them too.

And yes the 2.5 cpu's do work on a 1.8 to 2 GHz logicboard, since that what my machine is.

The real question here is why he is asking us and not the seller. It makes no logical sense at all. Ask the person that actually has and is selling the part.
