Further iphone 7 spec details?

Besides what was announced, i mean things like wifi, brand of the cell radio etc, little surprised no info was given about wifi upgrades they usually say something about it. 802.11ac wave 2? mu-mimo & vht160 or just mu-mimo? or neither still? Any beamforming? I know the iphone 6s had some support for it, any further (full)? cpu clock?

There were also a lot of rumors about the 7+ having an extra gig of RAM, I wonder if that's true.... they also didn't mention rapid charging which was a rumor
