Hey guys, i recently bought a ipod touch 4th gen with a cracked screen for cheap. The guy included a brand new screen he bought from ebay with digitizer. i have done some research and found that the lcd and screen are fused together. Can i buy a lcd from ebay and fuse them with this screen? And if i could, anyone know how? Thanks!

Needs pictures but is sounds like you can use the existing glue. Just be careful of dust! I'll be virtually impossible to remove any once you get it inside.

Thanks alot for the link. The cheapeast fused one i found is 48 bucks from Hong Kong. Otherwise, the lcd is around 20ish bucks. My question is, how are they fused together, a big sticker like this http://cgi.ebay.ca/New-Sticker-Stic...ccessories&hash=item3f06028429#ht_1876wt_1141

Why not go to the Apple store and have them fix it? Sure, it will cost more money, but if they screw up you got a new iTouch, but if you try to fix it yourself and break it, you will get talked down like a Pre-k'er and get a spanking from Uncle Steve.
