Fusion 3.01 not showing up as 64 bit app

I am running Fusion 3.01 and it's not showing as a 64 bit app under Activity Monitor. I am booted in 64 bit Kernel. According to some press documentation, Fusion is supposed to work a lot faster in 64 bit mode. Any ideas how to get Fusion to work in 64 bit mode? Reinstall it?
 
Never mind. I didn't have all processes showing. The .vmx process is indeed 64 bit.
