I have a mid 2011 i5 21.5 and have XP in boot camp and fusion. It has 512mb of ram allocated by default to XP when I had 4GB of ram. I have updated to 12GB of ram but XP still only shows as 512mb.
Does the 512mb have any meaning in fusion and if so how do I increase it.

It's in the settings for the VM.

Each VM can have a unique setting.

Power off the VM to change it. 32-bit XP can utilize up to about 3or 4 GB, IIRC.
