Fusion 5.0.2 Issues with Folder Sharing and Window Resizing

I just got around to updating to Fusion 5.0.2 and now I'm experiencing two issues (running WinXP)...can anyone help?

1. I had shared some of my folders on my Mac e.g. documents, downloads, etc. which showed up as "Z" drive...a network location. Now, no matter what I do, I cannot reach this device. In the Fusion menu folder sharing is turned on and the boxes are checked for "Mirrored Folders."

2. My Unity mode is greyed out but more annoying is that I can't resize my VMWare application window any other way than proportionally. So, I can make the virtual machine equal to my window size except at 100%.

Any ideas?

Have you updated vmware tools in the virtual machine as well? The corresponding version is 9.2.2 This version often needs to match or be compatible with the version of the hypervisor (fusion).
