Fusion 5 - No Boot Camp disks found

Hi

I'm running OS X 10.8.1 on my MBA with Windows 7 installed on the Boot Camp partition. I can boot into either OS just fine but when I attempt to create a VM in Fusion 5 using the Boot Camp partition I get a message saying "No Boot Camp disk found".

I've tried blowing away the Boot Camp partition and recreating it as well as re-installing Fusion but i still can not get Fusion to see the Boot Camp partition.

Hoping someone here has some ideas.
