fusion always cancelled shutdown?

So fusion is open, but no virtual hds are running.

If you try to shutdown your mac, fusion "cancells shutdown" !

To make things more odd, then fusion closes by itself!

So then you try to shutdown the mac a 2nd time, and it works.

Is there a way to stop this error so that fusion will close and the mac will shutdown the 1st time?
