My Google-fu fails me since the search terms show lots of unrelated stuff relating to shared folder etc...
I recently got a Mac Pro at work to use as a MATLAB workstation.
Unfortunately we also use a LOT of Windows based engineering software, so I need to have Boot Camp/Fusion around for those packages.
Problem is that the Mac is integrated into our domain, and thus multiple engineers would like to log on and access the box. It looks like Fusion places the files it needs to launch the BC partition in the logged-on user's folder, and thus when a new-user logs on they have to configure a new Virtual machine to boot the BC partition.
Is there any way to set up the Fusion VM in a shared folder so all they would need to to is open it?
Thanks!
