Fusion and video drivers

The first time I ran Fusion, it hosed my Nvidia video drivers. I rebooted into Vista and reinstalled. Is this something I can look forward to doing every time I run Fusion, or is it a one-time occurance?

If I install the drivers from within Fusion, will that work?
