So I have an iMac 2012 with a fusion drive.

Recently I restored to an earlier time machine backup vi the recovery hd partition.

Does the restoration affect the fusion drive? As in, does it recopy all the blocks of data to the appropriate areas on the drives (ie OS onto SSD etc.)?

Otherwise are there any caveats that may interrupt fusion drive function after a time machine restore?
