Hi folks,
I'm running fusion, hitting a few issues, and wondered if anyone knew any work arounds. I googled and checked out VMWare's site for solutions, but no real luck. VMWare doesn't even appear to have a way to report bugs without opening a pay for support kind of incident.
At least the Parallels guys will let you report a bug without paying. In my experience the response shows they don't actually read it and they don't appear to do anything about it, but at least I feel better reporting it.
Anyways, here's the issues.
1. In unity if I maximize a windows window, it goes under the OSX dock. There is a work around out there where you resize your windows task bar bigger so that space become unavailable, but I've used the tools.conf to show the task bar and moved it to the side so I can use it. That work around doesn't help me.
2. If I use the Enable Mac OS shortcuts option, when I do a command + V/C/Z, etc. it fires more than once/click and then often will just start spamming the key so I end up with my pasted object a bunch of times and then a bunch of Vs until I hit escape. Same kind of behavior with Command + Z, etc.
Anybody else having the same issues, any suggestions?
I'm using the final release of Fusion and have reinstalled the tools.
Thanks.
