When I start Fusion 2.06 installer a dialog pops up telling me that Fusion can't be installed on this computer. OK, so I try uninstalling (using the script provided with the installer dmg), but then I get a message that a previous installation is in progress and I have to complete it before uninstalling Fusion. WTF! This has me worried that I won't be able to install Fusion 3 when it comes out next week (I need it to make Window 7 run at it best). Anybody know what has to be done to completely uninstall Fusion 2.x? I have found some info on uninstalling Fusion 1.x, but this proved not fruitful. I actually had to restore my machine using TM to get Fusion working again.

I have replaced permissions and flushed the caches using Onyx -- no luck. I'm running on a Mac Pro 1,1 under SL 10.6.1.
