Fusion4 Snow leopard and XP

I have had XP running in Bootcamp on a mid 2011 base 21.5 with Snow Leopard without any problems other than graphics which uses VGA driver.
Downloaded Fusion 4 to run XP in Bootcamp but in the virtual machine XP starts to load and then sticks on window "Loading Personal Settings2.
If opening XP in Bootcamp partition a "Loading Personal Settings" window does not come up at all.
What is best way to solve this problem? Help appreciated.
