Future of 4" iPhone

I must be really bad at searching because I couldn't find any threads about this.
SE was a great update for those of us who love 4" phones, but I'm wondering what are thoughts on it receiving another update soon with:
- larger storage, 128GB or more
- 3D touch
- water-resistance

My current 5s is mostly great. The only things I find myself wanting are Apple Pay and those 3 features, but particularly AP and larger storage.
