Am I correct to reason that T-zones for $5.99 may be around, but it will forever be limited to 2G speeds? In other words, even if phones come out with T-mobile's weird 3G bands, they're not going to allow any T-zones people to use data at 3G speeds?
So the t-mobile iphone phenomenon may go away as if 1. a t-mobile iphone comes out they're going to make t-zones not work 2. if one doesn't come out, then we will be using iphones at 2g speeds indefinitely, which will be harder and harder to stand as time goes on since everyone will be moving onto 4g.
So I'm thinking that maybe I need to just jump on the 3G iphone network now since it's inevitable.
