Fuzzy Camera Image While Trying to Take a Photo While on the Phone - As many of you probably know you can take a photo on an iPhone while speaking on the phone with someone, but it will not allow you to take a video. My iPhone 13 Pro Max has started opening the camera app with an out of focus screen and I'm missing photo opportunities due to this. Has anyone else seen this problem and fixed it?

Never seen that one before.
How are the photos? Are they in focus and clear?
Obvious question, but a restart or factory reset hasn't helped?
Personally I would take that to an Apple store to be checked.
Hopefully it is under AppleCare still.
