Hi guys.

It's been a while since I've been into the jailbreak/unlock scene so I'm kinda lost here with my iPhone, I bought a used iPhone 3GS a few weeks ago on eBay with firmware 3.1.3 unlocked with ultrasn0w on baseband 5.12.01.

I've been trying to read up on the news so far whether or not it's possible to upgrade such an iPhone to firmware 4.0 or 4.0.1 with the tools provided from the Dev Team but i can't seem to figure out if it's supported or not?

I'm relying heavily on the ultrasn0w unlock since i live in the UK and the iPhone was bought from the U.S so I can't get it officially unlocked.

Can anybody please point me in the right direction as to whether or not it's possible to upgrade this phone to 4.0 while avoiding a baseband update?

Many thanks
:)
