FW800 Enclosure - Which 750GB drive to put with it?

I think I'm going to buy 2 of these enclosure, here, I want to pair it with 2 750GB drives. I plan to put these into a Raid 1 Array.

Any ideas? I would hate to get a FW800 enclosure and get a drive that is too slow to take advantage.
