I just got back from doing some shopping with my sister and found that Marshalls is selling Incase Neoprene Sleeve Pluses for $15. They had green, orange, and pink in all 3 sizes (13", 15", 17"). They also had hard cases for the classic MBP (non-unibody) for $5 on clearance. I saw plum and black.
I can confirm they were at at least 2 different Marshalls, so if you're looking for a sleeve or a hard case, it might be worth checking out.
