iPhone 12 Pro Max FYI you can do walk-in to retail Apple store if you want trade in your old phone within 14 days of purchase.

I just left Apple store. Didn’t opt for the trade in when I was buying my 12 pro max. So two days before the 14 days mark I walked in to retail Apple store and asked to trade in my old iPhone 11 Pro. Was given $450 applied to my Apple Cash card. Figured I would share this with those that may think about this.

It all depends on the individual store and their current quarantine level. As to whether or not you may simply walk in and do a trade in.

As above stated, it depends on the individual store policy and how they handle things during this pandemic. Some apple stores are express pick up only and Genius Bar appointments only. Stores that have the store front set up for express pick up only, you can only order online for pick ups, no exchanges. It all depends.

Totally understand. My store only has the express pickup at the front store but you can simply walk-in with a trade ins or returns as well. The security ask you if you had a pickup but they don’t care to check anything and I told them I had a return.
Anyhow, worth checking in your state instead of shipping out.

Yea some Stores with express pick up only do accept returns. However, Apple store near me does not do trade ins. I know some apple stores that won't accept returns. So it all depends on where you live and what their store policy is.

Its Covid everything on lockdown country by country have different rules with apple stores most of them full closed ..we aren’t all Americans 🤷🏻 Or Californians
