G-Speed Q RAID Not Mount

Hello,

My G-Speed Q 6TB RAID somehow won't mount anymore. My Mac asks to initialize each 1.5 TB when I turn it on. I ignore. And go to Disk Utilities, it sees the RAID as 4 of unformatted 1.5TB drives.

Any solution that I can fix myself would be greatly appreciate.
