G3/350 internal modem

I bought a G3 350 B&W powermac this weekend. I was surprized to see that there was not any internal modem in this Mac. They were optional.
After doing some research, it appears that Apple/GV 56M modem (652-0038) is the one I need.

Is this modem was made only for the G3/350 B&W or it is the same part used in many other macs.

I Need the mac models that are uning the same modem as my G3/350 BW
