G3 beige as file server (what software?)

OK, I'd like to make an ftp or web server with an old 233 mhz G3 beige. I could put in a PATA PCI card and throw in some old PATA drives (I've got a 120, 60 and 500 to choose from).

I don't want to use OS X apps on this computer since OS X totally sucks on it. Whats the best software for a file host computer under OS 9?
