The powerbutton on the front of my G3 iMac hasn't worked in quite so time but has never been a problem because I just pushed the button that was on the original keyboard instead. I just bought a BT adaptor today though and now I am preferrring to use the wireless Apple KB+Mouse that I have.
But I can't turn on my iMac if I turn it off!
Is there anyway around this? Currently I have to pull out my old keyboard, unplug my usb devices, turn it on, then unplug the keyboard and put it away. Not a killer but a bit of a pain in the butt.
The green 'on' light works on the front but when I push it, nothing happens
