G3 video card PLEASE help me...

Ok i bought a B/W g3 off of ebay. ANd i am having a hard time trying to figure out what kind of video card is in it. It looks like this and my monitor i need to hook up looks like this. Please tell me do i need a new video card or some kind of adapter???

How does the B/W G3 monitor connect??? I might get one of those off of ebay? would i still need the adapter?
