G4 1.24 HD replacement - will this drive work?

G4 1.25 - I can't type tonight!

WD Caviar 160gb, Ultra ATA/100 interface; quiet 7200 rpm for fast read/write capabilities; 8.9 ms average read seek time

I know it will only read to 128, but can I use this drive?
