I have a G4 Desktop , 1ghz, OS 10.2.4 (I never upgraded the system) Does anyone know if it will support the newer wide LCD monitors. ( I am thinking of getting the HP W2007 or maybe the apple 20" cinema display. all I could find about the graphics card is that says its AGP4X .

thank you.

Assumming that your video card has at least 64mb of vram, and a DVI connector, then widescreens are notta problemo :D

BTW, I recently got a HP w2207 and it is great ! It was 100% plug & play with my QS/867/Radeon9800..........

Even a 16 MB VRAM ATi Rage Pro (DVI) can support 1920 x 1200 @ 32 bpp.
