[G4] Audio Volume Suddenly Gone

Listening to iTunes while working, all of a sudden volume drops to near inaudible level.

Audio not muted, volumes all at their highest results in no change (volume still inaudibly low). Change or headphones, speakers results in no change either.

Specs:
Dual 1.25 G4
768mb Ram
Panther
