I didn't always have the GPU sensor for my nVidia 6200. Went to check the only temperature I have (my HDD) and noticed I had a GPU option!

From hardware monitor lite and the iStat widget

GPUsensors was removed in Leopard to help with the boot speed issue. It never worked there. But here I am on Tiger and I can see those toasty GPU temps :D
