G4 Cube wont connect to wifi

whenever i try to connect my cube to our wifi, i get the "there was an error joining the airport network, netgear" message. im using the right password and i have had this working before, although it was maybe a year ago. i tried resetting the pram but that didnt work. what else should i try?
