I need a power cable for a g4 iMac.

I just have the iMac itself.

Is this a specialty item that I buy online or can I get one from a local computer shop?

I know it isn't a regular power cable, but is the only difference the shap of the plug?

Thanks!!!

It's a generic computer plug. This type of plug was common on laptops in the late 90's and early 2000's. Make sure you get the three pronged kind.

I found laptop charger cable that works perfectly.
I also bought a spare.

Thanks for the tip!
