I have a G4 Mac Mini, I think it’s the base model, I’m pretty sure it’s running 10.4 maybe? I haven’t used it in 7 years or so. I’m trying to find a monitor and hopefully an easy USB way to make it “WiFi.”

Most WiFi USB adapters seem to want to run a newer OS X version, but I want to be able to run classic mode still.

Any suggestions?

If you can find the Aiport Upgrade kit on eBay (you'll need the whole kit), that can be one solid option for native Wi-Fi.

Barring that, I wouldn't bother with adding Wi-Fi via USB, especially if you want to run classic mode. Instead, consider a Wi-Fi bridge. If you have an old Wi-Fi router in a closet somewhere, there's a good chance it'll work for this. If not, consider any number of inexpensive Wi-Fi wireless to wired adapters. They're sometimes marketed for older Game Consoles, printers, security cameras, etc. You don't need a fancy one that supports high speeds because your G4 can't take advantage of it anyway.

Here's one that gets good reviews and is powered by USB:

The USB port is just used to power the device. Your computer will actually connect to your Wi-Fi via the ethernet connection, which means it'll be native and OS supported, including on classic mode.
