How would a G4 mini 1.5ghz silent upgrade ppc (1gb ram/100gb HD) with a Miglia tvmicro and a 23" Apple Cinema Display work together?

Could I record TV and watch it normally off the display?

I am sick of my huge CRT thing on the wall.

Anyone use those migila tv micros?
