I have not been able to find this anywhere. Would a Dual 1 GHz Mirrored Drive door PM G4 have USB or not?

I have this exact model and it does have two USB ports in the back.

Yes there are 2 USB ports, but they are USB 1, not usb2.

PCI add-in cards

There are USB 2.0 PCI cards you could install into that PowerMac. For that matter, you could also get a Firewire 800 PCI card if you need it.

All macs from 1998 on have USB (starting with the first iMac and B&W G3).
