I have a G4 powerbook model A1095 that won't boot to a firewire HD with a OSX image. I also have a G4 powerbook model A1046 that boots to this drive. Is there a fix for this problem?

That's an interesting problem.

Care to elaborate on the model numers, specs/release date or such? What version of X is the image?

First thought would be, is there an os9 partiiton on the drive? Are both machines 9 bootable?

Second thought would be, have you tested the firewire on model A1095? Could be bad.

That's all I got.. :)
