G4 Power mac failed to boot

Hello there,

I am a owner of a g4 Power mac the gigabite ethernet version. I have installed a new mobo and it now will not start. The fans stay on and i runs as normal, but there is nothing on the screen totally black, boot sound does not sound.

Any ideas ? I have also reset the PMU but clicking the button
