G4 Server not recognizing added HD

My very small organization is running our internal server from a G4 tower with 60GB of memory. We have maxed that out and I went to look into adding more, but there is already a 30gb additional HD that is installed.

The server admin recognizes it but I can seem to initiate it as additional space for our existing set up.

Any instruction would help.
