G5 and Time Capsule

Hi form a first time poster!

About to buy a new iMac, my 3rd, and upgrade my wireless network at the same time. Like to get Time capsule for the new iMac and my MacBook. Seems the easiest thing to do would be configure the wireless network with the G5 and then set up the new one. I know I can't use Time Machine with the G5, but can I use TC as a wireless router?

You should be able to do so. It is a wireless router, so it should work.

You can definitely backup the G5 to the Time Capsule as long as its running Mac OS X 10.5.6.

Went for Airport Extreme and stuck with my La Cie Brick. A friend was moaning about Time Capsule being noisy...
