CPUs should be almost equal in performance. DC uses faster (and cheaper) RAM and could take it more (twice), PCI Express bus and has major advantage vs 2.5 DP: it's aircooled, no leaks danger. DC could take more powerful graphics cards than DP, PCI Express expansion cards etc.
